Art and Julie Haywood will file a legal action against the PA Department of State to stop the release of personal information to the PA Senate Intergovernmental Committee. The Haywoods demand that the Department of State not release their personal information and that of all voters in Pennsylvania to that committee. This is in response to a subpoena from Republicans on the PA Intergovernmental Committee for the birth date, drivers license and last four digits of social security numbers of all voters in the November 2020 presidential election and the May 2021 primary election.
This lawsuit follows legal action by the PA Senate Democrats and the PA Attorney General to stop the release of personal information.
